Cake Pops!!!

Hmmmm cake pops.  I came across this concept a few months ago while reading my favorite caking website.  Today I gave it a try and they came out better than I expected.  They're a lot of work, but worth it.  As with everthing else that comes out of my oven, I'm sure they won't make it until tomorow afternoon....lol

Say Cheesecake

My husband's favorite cake is CHEESECAKE!  Well, I made him this Citrus Caramel Cheesecake with pecans.  Can you say yum!  He sure did.....lol
